In July 2026, the U.S. Department ofCommerce issued the final ruling on the antidumping (AD) and countervailingduty (CVD) investigations into L-lysine products originating from China. Non-participating exporters were assigned a China-wide penaltyrate of 139.83% (adjusted cash deposit rate: 139.65%), while certain entitiesreceived a subsidy rate of 82.11% based on case facts. The final countervailing duty ratefor mainstream industry participants in this investigation is set at 48.21%.
